Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Reservation Cancellations:

   • Reservations can be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the reservation, provided that the arrival date is scheduled for 14 days or more in the future.

   • For cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date, a refund equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be granted.

   • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within the 7 days leading up to the arrival date.
      

2. No Show:

   • In case of a no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be automatically charged.
      

3. Reservation Modifications:

   • Changes to reservation dates are allowed based on availability and may incur additional charges.
      

4. Non-Refundable Payments:

   • Some rates may be designated as "non-refundable," and in such cases, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
