Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation & Deposit
All reservations are confirmed only after receipt of a 50% deposit of the total stay amount.
🔒 This 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Cancellation by the guest

Change of plans

Visa issues
-
Travel delays
-
Force majeure or personal reasons
By making the payment, the guest expressly agrees to this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at any time after payment:
❌ The 50% deposit is non-refundable. -
If the remaining balance (50%) has already been paid:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival:
→ Only the remaining 50% balance may be refunded. -
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival:
→ No refund will be issued.

3. No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior written notice):

100% of the total reservation amount will be retained

No refund or date change will be granted
4. Reservation Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability only

Any modification may result in:

Rate differences
-
Additional charges
-

The non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable, even if dates are changed
5. Payment & Fraud Prevention

The credit card holder must be the same person as the main guest

We reserve the right to request:

Copy of passport or ID

Signed confirmation of payment

Any suspicious or disputed payment will result in immediate cancellation without refund
6. Acceptance of Policy
By proceeding with the payment, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation and Refund Policy in full.
